Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 30 days of purchase
- You have completed less than 25% of the course material
- You provide specific feedback about why the program didn't meet your needs
- You have not violated our Terms of Service
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are not eligible for refunds:
- One-on-one coaching sessions that have been completed
- Custom consulting work that has been delivered
- Digital downloads after they have been accessed
- Services purchased more than 30 days ago
- Promotional or discounted purchases (case-by-case basis)
Refund Process

Step 2: We'll review your request within 2 business days and may ask for additional information.
Step 3: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Step 4: You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:
- If you've completed 25-50% of a course (50% refund available)
- For technical issues that significantly impacted your learning experience
- For courses with outdated content (we'll work with you on a fair solution)
- When switching between different program tiers
Cancellation Policy
For ongoing services:
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with 30 days notice
- Annual subscriptions are eligible for pro-rated refunds within the first 30 days
- Coaching packages can be cancelled with unused sessions refunded
Special Circumstances
We understand that life can be unpredictable. We may make exceptions to our refund policy for:
- Medical emergencies or family crises
- Job loss or significant financial hardship
- Technical issues on our end that prevented course access
- Course content that significantly differs from what was advertised

Refund processing times vary by payment method:
